At Repyar, we aim to make vehicle repair services more reliable by connecting customers with skilled technicians. This section explains the roles and responsibilities of Repyar, service professionals, and customers when using our platform.

  1. Independent Service Professionals

Technicians and vendors available through Repyar are independent service professionals.

They are not employees of Repyar. Repyar provides the digital platform that connects customers with these professionals and helps manage service requests.

  1. Scope of Repyar’s Responsibility

Repyar works to verify technicians and maintain service standards on the platform. However, repair services are performed directly by independent professionals.

To the extent permitted by law, Repyar’s liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service request.

Repyar is generally not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that may arise during or after a repair service.

  1. Situations Outside Our Responsibility

Certain situations may affect repair outcomes and are outside Repyar’s control, including:

  1. Responsibilities of Technicians

Technicians providing services through Repyar are responsible for:

  1. Responsibilities of Customers

Customers using Repyar agree to:

  1. Insurance

Service professionals may carry their own insurance coverage where required. In some locations, Repyar may introduce optional protection programs to further support customers and technicians.

  1. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between a customer and a technician, Repyar may assist by reviewing the case and facilitating communication between both parties.

While we aim to help resolve issues fairly, responsibility for the repair work remains with the technician who performed the service.
